He figured 250 labor hours if the subgrade was good . He had his labor priced at $50.00 per hour . He also figured that if he could use an excavator on the job he could do it in 40 hours . Do the math - no-brainer ,right ? For this guy, yes for many others , no . For some strange reason smart contractors that would never use a shovel and a wheelbarrow outdoors ,will put laborers with shovels and wheelbarrows on projects inside buildings. Go figure. These people should not be ridiculed ,no , instead  they need our care and understanding .If you know one of these poor souls reach out to them and  lend them a helping hand by directing them to www.mini-equipment .com They will thank you for showing them the light.
